Your support makes everything possible. ​The Shawn Herring Memorial Foundation operates primarily through monetary donations. When you give to our foundation, your contribution goes directly to families facing tragedy, loss, or unexpected medical expenses. Our mission is to support anyone experiencing the sudden loss of a child or a child suffering the loss of a parent. We also have pastors and ministers available to offer guidance through grief, along with a dedicated board ready to assist whenever support is needed.

We are also fortunate, at times, to help children excel in their extracurricular pursuits—whether it’s Rodeo Finals, soccer tournaments, or leadership conferences. If we are able to help, we will.

Another way our foundation raises funds is through our meat-smoking venture! Dave has created a fully equipped smoking trailer capable of preparing enough food to feed an army. He also crafts hearty sides like cowboy beans and potatoes. We are able to cater weddings, celebrations of life, festivals, and banquets. We offer a base price for a meat plate, and all proceeds go directly back into the foundation to support families in need throughout the year. As a registered 501(c)(3), all donations are tax-deductible.
